Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Manush Studio, a strategy, branding and digital experience studio based in Brazil serving clients in Paraguay and the United States, handles personal data when operating the manush.studio website. Manush Studio is the controller of the data processed by this site.

What data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the site and to talk with you.

Contact form: name, work email, company or website, country, service of interest, desired timeline and the message you write.
WhatsApp and email: the data you share when you contact us through those channels, such as name, phone number and the content of the messages.
Browsing data: through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Site Kit, we collect cookies and identifiers, pages visited, device type and approximate location.
Technical logs: hosting and security records, such as IP address, date and time of access and browser type.

What we use the data for

Reply to enquiries and send proposals.
Provide the services you hire.
Improve the site and measure audience.
Keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
Comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases

We process personal data on the basis of Article 7 of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), depending on the situation:

Consent: for example, when you accept measurement cookies.
Preliminary procedures to a contract: to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
Legitimate interest: for site usage metrics and security, always respecting your rights.
Legal obligation: when the law requires us to keep or report certain data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with those who help us run the site: hosting and email providers and Google (Analytics and Tag Manager). These providers may only use the data to provide the service. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Google’s services may process data outside Brazil. When that happens, we seek to ensure the transfer complies with the LGPD and the safeguards offered by the provider.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or for the period required by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may request:

confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in violation of the law;
data portability;
deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
information about who we share your data with;
information about the possibility of not giving consent and its consequences;
withdrawal of consent, at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to info@manush.studio with your name and what you would like. We will reply within a reasonable time. Visitors from Paraguay and the United States can also exercise their rights through the same channel.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that the site stores in your browser so it can work and remember information about your visit. We use two categories:

Necessary: they keep the site working and secure.
Measurement: they help us understand how the site is used, through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This may affect how parts of the site work.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
